Author Guidelines

Authors are kindly requested to submit full text papers in (.doc or .docx) format by Login Panel.
If you face any technical difficulties while submission, email your research work in (.doc or .docx) format at: editor@ijircst.org || editor.ijircst@gmail.com (Please submit your paper through our online submission system to track its status. Papers submitted directly via email cannot be monitored through the submission system.)
All submitted research papers/articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed by editorial committee. Please follow the specific Template Paper when submitting your research papers/articles- Download IJIRCST template

Manuscript Submission Guidelines

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in .doc or .docx format.
  • Reference Verification: DOI or valid Web URLs should be provided for all references, wherever available, to facilitate verification and ensure the authenticity of the cited sources.
  • Priority and time of publication are decided by the editors, who maintain the customary right to edit material accepted for publication if necessary.
  • The text is single-spaced; Times New Roman font; uses a 16-point, 11-point and 10-point mentioned in "Submission Guidelines" in For Authors link.
  • Plagiarism check (plagiarism is copying another's work or borrowing someone else's original ideas.)
  • Authors may use AI-assisted tools for limited purposes such as language correction, proofreading, editing, and formatting. Any substantive use of generative AI must be disclosed at submission. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and validity of their manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Copyright:

Authors will be required to submit a signed Copyright after acceptance and before publication. Authors retain copyright in their work and grant IJIRCST a non-exclusive right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Article Processing Charges (APC)

All articles published in IJIRCST are open access and freely available online immediately upon publication. The journal operates through Article Processing Charges (APCs), which support the various publishing services provided by the journal. These include online tools and services for editors and authors, staff salaries, internet and electricity expenses, article production and hosting, coordination with abstracting and indexing services, and customer support. APCs are payable only after a manuscript has been editorially accepted and prior to publication. Author Guidelines

Submission of Article:

Authors are kindly requested to submit full text papers in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)format via Online Submission or send to this email id- editor@ijircst.org | editor.ijircst@gmail.com

Language:

Language of the articles should be only in English, we are not processing articles in any other languages.

Font:

Articles should be typed in single line spacing with the following font pattern:
Font type: Times New Roman
Size: 10
For main heading or Title: 18 points and Bold
For heading: 11 points and Bold
For subheading: 10 points and Bold
Content of article: 10 points. Abstract: 10 points

Submission Order:

The following order should be strictly followed while submitting the article:
1: Authors will send the paper by Login Panel of IJIRCST.

2: Start with abstract of about 200-300 words exactly conveying the content of the article, Keywords (at least 5 words) Main content text with all tables and figures aligned in their location (do not send tables and figures separately unless requested), list of symbols and abbreviations, Acknowledgement, References (follow standard format).

Images:

Please ensure that tables are not submitted in image form. Tables should be provided in an editable format. Images should be supplied without being inserted in tables, borders or any other format, they can be copy pasted in the required space. Images should be of high resolution and appropriate size to ensure clear and good-quality reproduction in the published article.

Tables:

All tables should be numbered in order, the word Table may be bolded. The table number should be properly given. Table width and cell sizing should be even and all the content should be centered. Number of the tables should be given over the tables. The title of the table should be bolded and should not contain any text box.

Figures:

All figure should be arranged orderly; Figures should be of high resolution and appropriate size to ensure clear and good-quality reproduction in the published article.

Mathematical Formula:

Present formula using Equation editor in the line of normal text. Number consequently any equations that have to be referred in the text.

References:

IJIRCST support IEEE citation style. References should be the last part of the article following the below given format:
